B2B Marketing Professional

We are growing and need professionals in our team to help us move forward. We are looking for a high-performing marketing executive who has proven experience in B2B marketing to achieve ambitious revenue growth for our software brands across multiple industries (automotive, metals, FCMG, mining, and others). We are targeting manufacturing industries with our high-end machine vision solutions and services. We have just launched our own SaaS engineering platform BeeYard, which Gartner already recognizes as a leading ML/DS platform, and we need to let the world know.

In your role, you will be responsible for executing marketing activities, communicating with potential target groups through various channels, overall content preparation, and growing our brand awareness and visibility. You will closely cooperate with the sales and business development team, and over time you will be responsible for managing the marketing team.


  • Grow our visibility and brand awareness within various industries.

  • Create compelling content for presentations, web posts, social media posts, emails, print, and other communication channels.

  • Cooperate with our graphic designer to prepare various marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure lead generation efforts are aligned with overall business strategy.

  • Execute and coordinate all activities required to develop, produce, and maintain our demand generation strategy.



We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a startup-like environment and who will share our vision for success. We already have a lot of great names as clients, but we have massively underestimated our marketing efforts up to date.

You will need to understand (or learn quickly) the field of industrial automation, machine vision, machine learning, data science/AI, digitization, and its potential for various industries. We have made a good name for ourselves, but this needs amplifying.  You must have a passion for technology. You are happy with writing content and marketing materials, creating relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating a buzz.

From day one, your opinion matters; we value talent and proactivity and want you to have a voice in the company. We will count on you to bring your ideas and challenge how things are done. We don't believe in overly hierarchical management structures; every team member brings something to the table.

Position requirements:

  • 3+ years experience (preferably in B2B, industrial automation, or software services).

  • Previous experience in marketing communications with software products is welcome.

  • A proactive and self-driven personality who will establish and execute all marketing efforts across the whole company with the support of our technical teams.

  • Ability to learn, understand and communicate our core expertise, products, and services that can be provided by our technical teams and drive marketing and communication efforts.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, SEO, and PPC is welcome.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), daily use – internal communication in English mainly.
